Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Chamextras.com and also orders made by telephone.
  1. Clients making a telephone booking are taken through the same on line booking procedure by the telephone operator. It is the responsibility of the client to read these terms and conditions before telephoning  in order to be prepared for the process.
  2. It is the responsibility of the client to read and understand the booking terms and conditions before making a telephone order. By giving your payment details over the telephone you will have been deemed to accept the Chamextras.com published terms and conditions.Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

    Product Vouchers
    Your voucher for the goods or services that you have booked will be automatically sent to the email address that you have given during the online booking process. You will receive 3 emails. The first is your credit card receipt. The second is your invoice, and the third is your voucher. If you do not see all three in your regular email then please ensure you check your spam/junk mail. Particularly, if you have given a work, government, or educational email address as they may intercept the voucher email and place it in the spam/junk folder.
The voucher will include all the information you need to receive your goods/services in resort. You MUST print the voucher and take it with you as proof of purchase whenever you are collecting your products from suppliers in resort.
If you fail to hand the voucher to your chosen supplier in exchange for your pre-booked goods the supplier will refuse to supply the pre-booked goods/services and you will be required to pay the supplier again if you wish to obtain the goods/services.
Goods/Services can only be supplied to the person/s named on the voucher and identification may be requested by the supplier.
All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes holiday cancellation, illness, lost or stolen vouchers, and you should ensure that you have suitable holiday insurance to cover the cost of your pre-booked vouchers in such event.
Trade Up
You will be able to upgrade any products or services from your chosen supplier provided:
a) the upgraded product is available
b) you pay the supplier the difference in price
Force Majeure
Chamextras.com will not be held liable for any injury, delay, loss, theft, damages or death caused by, or resulting from, any extras product provided by your chosen supplier. All claims should be made directly to the supplier concerned who will have comprehensive insurance against such event.
Chamextras.com will not be held liable for any Industrial Action by our suppliers. You should ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.
Chamextras.com will not be held liable for any loss, delay, or costs, resulting from adverse weather conditions, lack of snow, closure of ski lifts, or the withdrawl of resort facilities.
Customer order errors and duplications
Chamextras.com will not be held liable in the event of a customer making an error or duplication of their order. We will try to obtain a reimbursement from the supplier where either equipment or ski passes have not been issued/produced. However, this is not guaranteed. Where it does become possible to make a reimbursement, any refund will be less a 10% administration charge.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods/services will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods/services is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to pay the difference or to cancel the booking.

Payment Methods
We accept online or telephone payment by Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards only. We do not accept Maestro, Switch or American Express.

Availability of Goods/Services
All products and services on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Complaints Procedure
Should you be unhappy with any aspect of the service received from Chamextras.com you must email Chamextras@aol.com within 1 month of the date of travel.
  1. Chamextras.com will endeavour to reply within 30 days.
  2. As a French company any on going dispute comes under French jurisdiction and will be governed by French law.
  3. Should clients take their complaint into the public domain, e.g internet forums, then you will have deemed to have authorised Chamextras to disclose details of your order and purchase for the purpose of responding to comments made. Should such postings be considered defamatory then Chamextras.com reserve the right to take legal action.
